Family
Lexi Rivera, born Alexa Brooke Rivera, is a creative, talented, and humorous girl raised in California together with her three older brothers. Her mother, Laura Rivera, was blessed with four wonderful children namely Blake, Brice, Brent, and of course Lexi. Unfortunately, not much information has been known about their father.

Her oldest brother, Blake, is a famous hockey player who played in the national championship with Jr. Ducks Hockey Team. Brice, her second oldest brother, is an Instagram star who has quite a big following of his own. Brent, on the other hand, is a famous YouTuber who actually help paved Lexi’s way to popularity.

Evident on the siblings’ social media account, their family is pretty tight. Lexi is close to all of her brothers, claiming she doesn’t have a favorite despite being mostly seen with Brent. What she did admit, however, is how she looked up to her mother a lot. As she said, Laura is her greatest inspiration. And on October 6, 2018, she uploaded a YouTube video titled “Teaching My Mom Slang Terms” which easily gathered hundreds of thousands in views.

Lexi is also multiracial, white and Hispanic. She is of Italian and Mexican descent based on her mother’s origins.

Education
As a child, Lexi started to train in gymnastics and quickly mastered the sport. She participated in various competitions and even became the champion in one of her gymnastics inter-school tournaments. These skills are being shared with her fans through her uploaded videos on Instagram.

In high school, Lexi went to Huntington High School and graduated in the year 2019. She got accepted at the University of California, Santa Barbara but she later decided not to go there.

It was obvious that she succeeded as a social media star as seen on her huge following. However, if she didn’t make it as a famous YouTube personality, Lexi said she would’ve wanted to work as a physician’s assistant.

Lexi Rivera is currently dating Ben Azelart. He is an avid professional skateboarder who has a YouTube channel of his own. Ben grew up in Hawaii and his channel mainly features his skateboarding skills and Hawaii adventures. However, the channel mostly contains prank and challenge videos lately.

Lexi and Ben have started dating in 2018. October of the same year, Lexi uploaded a video titled “Who Knows Me Better? Brent vs. Ben.” The video effortlessly accumulated millions of views on YouTube. The three of them—Lexi, Ben, and Brent—also spent their vacation in Japan that same year.

Before Ben, Lexi was linked to vine star Hayes Grier. Grier is Brent’s friend who has been featured in some of Brent’s videos as well. However, Lexi never confirmed anything between her and Grier aside from their good friendship.

Journey to Stardom
In a way, Lexi Rivera owed her popularity to her brother Brent. He was already a famous YouTuber and would often feature Lexi in his videos. It was August 2010 when Brent created a YouTube channel for Lexi called Lexiloulouu. This is where he would upload videos solely dedicated to showing Lexi’s gymnastics talent. However, Brent was unable to focus on this channel as his own popularity grew.

Soon after, the channel Lexiloulouu became inactive around 2012. Fortunately, Lexi’s career on YouTube didn’t on this. She continued to appear in Brent’s YouTube videos and even in her other brother Brice’s own YouTube channel. Eventually, Lexi’s own social media following has expanded.

Lexi became a famous face on Instagram and later on, she chose to rekindle her YouTube career. And so on July 1, 2018, she uploaded her first YouTube video in her channel called Alexa Rivera. This first video is where she answered the questions her fans posted on Instagram. It wasn’t long before she started filling her channel with vlogs, Q&A, challenges, lifestyle, reaction, feature, and fashion videos. All these are known to have that signature creative and humorous twist that Lexi puts on all her videos.
