Oh Ha-young (born July 19, 1996), better known by the mononym Hayoung (하영), is a South Korean singer, songwriter and actress. She is best known as a member of the South Korean girl group Apink.

Oh Ha-young was born on July 19, 1996 in Seoul, South Korea. During her school days, she attended Seoul Yangcheon District's Shinwol Middle School where she graduated in 2012, and School of Performing Arts Seoul where she graduated in 2015. During her seventh grade, she auditioned for Cube Entertainment where she later on became a trainee. Oh decided not to pursue college after high school to concentrate on Apink's promotions.

Oh was introduced as the third member and the maknae (youngest member) of girl group Apink on February 21, 2011. She debuted with Apink on Mnet's M! Countdown on April 21, 2011, performing their songs "I Don't Know" (몰라요) and "Wishlist", which were included on their debut EP Seven Springs of Apink. For the group, she wrote the lyrics for "What a Boy Wants", included in the group's second full-length studio album Pink Memory (2015), and, together with Eunji, the lyrics for their duet "It's You", included in Dear (2016).

In 2014, Oh appeared on some episodes of the variety show Weekly Idol as an MC along with Apink co-member Bomi. In August 2015, she was appointed as co-MC on Weekly Idol along with AOA's Mina and VIXX's N, starting from September 2. In 2016, she joined the cast for the all female edition of the SBS reality show Law of the Jungle which took place in the jungles of Papua New Guinea.

In November 2016, it was revealed that Oh would make her debut as an actress in the web drama Brother Jeongnam (Korean: 정남이형), to be aired on KBS2 and KBS World, whose title later changed into Find Her (Korean: 그녀를 찾아줘). The webseries, in which Oh played a stewardess, aired on March 1, 2017 as two 60-minute episodes, and was shared on KBS World Youtube channel in its original 14-episode format.

In 2018, she joined Naver TV Cast's web drama Love, Stay in Memory (Korean: 사랑, 기억에 머물다), a 6-episode sci-fi romance revolving around the memories of love while solving a murder, which was released from February 14 to 19. She reprised her role of female lead Yoo Ha-ri, an aspiring actress, in the sequel Love, Stay in Time (Korean: 사랑, 시간에 머물다), which will available on Danaflix starting on the 25th of June. It will also be screened nationwide at Danaflix cinemas for four weeks starting on June 27, 2018.
