This is a terrible video to use for dst (unnatural color compared to what you see in your src, directional light, dark shadows). Needs more training but soem setting coudl be tweaked a bit.
Also always post your model and settings (also for conversion) so we can tell where you are making mistakes and what to change.
Try on a simpler scene, use maybe one where Anakin talks to Padme when they first meet in episode 2. Also their faces are way different so you may have to try using scale to change size of the swapped face.
