Danny Trejo in Pulp Fiction

Hi all
Recently got a 2080ti and i have done first video with it. I am not overly impressed.Im doing something wrong somewhere.
Can you please check the Video and Training Settings and let me know what im doing wrong here

WHOA! Ok, stop right now and start a new model. Insert screaming emoji. lol
You're running a model at 128, of course you're not going to be happy with that especially not with a new 2080 ti!
I can comfortable run a model with a resolution of 352/384 and even 416 if I'm patient for long training times. Going to a big model will take ages to pretrain yourself so if you want to try a big one I'd suggest getting a pretrained one but there may not be many for the newest DFL yet.

Check out the guide for info on training models, if you need to pretrain one yourself I suggest doing a lower resolution like 320 or even 256 for speed purposes while you're learning.

I think you should use the wf (whole face) option. I agree with Grrkin, 128 is not enough as resulution.

Try one of these setups:
---
DF-U-D - res: 320, dims: 256/64/64/22, 303.693 iterations, Whole Face (SFW - Pretrain)
https://mega.nz/folder/4tIVxKqa#Fgltsu0HUa-Hi1z18Ai5bw
----
Pretrain. LIAE-UD
Resolution: 224
Dims: 256/64/64/16
Face type: WF (Whole Face)
Iterations: 1.000.000 iters
Dataset: SFW - built-in pretrain dataset

----
Pretrained SAEHD model :
Archi : DF-UD
Resolution : 256
Dims : 320/96/96/22
Face Type : WF (Whole Face)
Iterations : 320k

You'll find those pretrained sets here in the forum:
https://mrdeepfakes.com/forums/thre...-thread-for-sharing-pretrained-trained-models

I tried the scond one and it worked perfect on my RTX2080 (8GB VRAM). The first one is for google colab...

Would you share your Danny Trejo faceset with us?
