Is there a program or a procedure to remove the fakeapp logo from the videos or to change something on the app so that it does not even creat them on it

I would highly suggest to stop using fakeapp and try DFL or even the faceswap repo ..but if you still want to use fakeapp there were several methods that were suggested to remove the logo. You could try to pad all the frames with a black border so then you could easily crop the logo out after or just simply crop it out without padding.

There is possibly another option.  You can open your Fakeapp 2.2 location, and then under Fakeapp>app-2.20>resources>api>torch>autograd>, find the jar.tiff file.  You can use Paint or another editing program to change the pixel dimensions.  You can set the pixel dimension to 1 x 1, then save and overwrite the jar.tiff file.  This won't completely remove the logo, but will make it 1 pixel by 1pixel, which is virtually invisible.  WARNING: This has the potential to completely break Fakeapp 2.2, and may require a uninstall, then complete reinstall. I've read that a few people have had success with this method; however, when I tried it, I had to perform a complete reinstall of Fakeapp 2.2.  I have no idea why editing a tiff file would break the application, but it apparently does in some cases.
