I tried running as admin, restarting, updating drivers, using MT and S3FD, no luck.

Any ideas, thanks

Try updating to the latest DFL version and making sure all drivers are up to date. How long did you wait for?

I got this version yesterday and updated drivers too. Is it worth trying an older version?

I've waiting up to 30min before. Always gets stuck on the part shown

Cheers

The newest version was released Mar.26. Is that the one you're using?

I have thes same problem, latest drivers and deepfacelab.

Extraction ist stuck on 3rd pass for hours. Two threads on CPU and Compute Engine on GPU are on full load the whole time. (Ryzen 2700X, Radeon VII)

I have a similar problem yesterday. Try not to do anything while the program is running. Just let it run without runing any other app at all, not even opening a website. It solve my problem this way.

I've actually discovered the solution to the issue (for my exact scenario at least) after thinking about how it hangs on the processors. There are two you can try, they both independently work for me.

One: you could disable hyperthreading in the bios. I've got 8 logical cores with hyperthreading enabled on 4 processors. By disabling hyperthreading there's only 4.

The second is to reduce the number of cores by going to

run -> msconfig -> boot -> advanced options

check the box next to number of processors. And ensure that you are using 4 or below. For some reason DFL for me isn't working with more than 4. But that's okay because of finding this solution. It works now! And I hope this helps someone else.
