Issue/bug uploading videos

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues uploading?

When I try to upload a video, the progress bar reaches 100% but when I click the upload button at the bottom of the screen, I receive an error message. 

I've checked the uploaded videos on my profile page and there are now 12 duplicates of the same uploaded video (from my repeated attempts) that are in a "Processing" state. Could one of the mods please delete the duplicate videos from my account?

Thanks for the report. See pinned announcement for a workaround until we fix this. We released a new feature today that broke a couple of things.
