Hi guys,

Has anyone ever faced the following issue while uploading ? :

It's kinda frustrating... 3 tries and I got this message everytime.

Maybe there are some size limitations or socket expiration but I can't find any mention of it anywhere. @dpfks any idea ?

Same issue. Even when I switch from Firefox to Chrome or Opera.

Does this error occur during upload? Or before uploading?

It was while I was uploading.

Still the same issue after clearing cache again on my 3 browsers.

This is weird, do you mind uploading your video to mega or somewhere so I can try? PM me.

I previously had the same issue, but after the fix was implemented its now working.

Just letting you know I'm also still getting error, tried on a 632 MB and ~800 MB file.

UPDATE: Now it's working, was at 31% but I by mistake closed Chrome, wish upload process could send a prompt before closing but we can't have everything
Also I did change the name of the file I just shortened it so maybe that was the problem (wasn't long though - Kiernan Shipka 4 df watermark -> KS DF 4 W).

Aaaaaand it's not working again. As flame said, now it happend a bit later, around 40-50%, previously it would fail almost immediately (I guess somewhere between 5-10%).

Okay we applied some fixes and restarted the server. It is working now from the tests we did... Hopefully it works for everyone else.

I uploaded a video last night and when I went to bed it was processing and when I got up today it showed "ERROR" on the video. Did I do something wrong? Should I try to upload it again?

Just checked it again and now it says "Processing" again so hopefully it works this time. Not sure why it said "Error".

Okay yeah I was wondering because I uploaded it 20 hours ago and its still processing to figured it had to be something on their end.
