New deep faker!

I'm choosing my hardware to buy for my new computer...
I just have for sure, the gpu NVIDIA 9 or 11 GB.
I'm very confused with all... I have this issue any time I have to deal with make my computers.

Few cuestions for now...
Recommended Operating System?: Linux or Windows?
Recommended CPU?: AMD or Intel?

Generally the higher the vRAM for an NVIDIA video card, the better. so I would choose 11GB.

Windows is better supported for the app.

AMD or Intel doesn't matter as long as it's recent

welcome! @"dpfks" iperov has stated that the AMD cards take more vram for the same operations. So I would say go for nvidia.
