Love the site and the creativity that is going on here.I have so many ideas and suggestions to create videos.However I want to purchase a new PC that can cope to make a decent deepfake video

Which of two is the better choice.I intend to game also.

Biggest factor is the GPU, so option 1 is best if you're looking only at performance for deepfakes.

In my opinion you may not be able to train at better than base settings (if that).

Get a 1070 GTX with 8GB instead of the 1660. They're similarly priced.

Throw that Aerocool PSU in the bin where it belongs and get a proper PSU or expect your GFX to fail at some point.

I go for modular PSU. Either Corsair or Bequiet or similar.

Also, forget the SSD and get an NVME compatible motherboard and an NVME. They're 6x faster than SSD but get hot so factor in a heatsink.
