Doing a face swap between just two images

My Google-fu has really failed me on this. I'm trying to find if there is a workflow for FaceSwap (or any other desktop tool) that can take a face from one image and use it to replace the face on another image, the way the reflect.tech website does. Every tutorial I can find is for converting video. I've tried using the standard FaceSwap GUI workflow but with just a single image each for inputs A  and B and the batch size set to 1, but this doesn't work at all as the program is designed to create models based on numerous video frames.

I figure this should be a much easier operation and reflect.tech does a pretty good job if the face are similarly shaped. Except other that that site, no one seems to be interested in just images. Can anyone point me in the direction of how I could use FaceSwap to do the same thing?

Try reface.ai - it an "update of reflect.tech (still a work in progress though)

Isn't that just the name of the technology behind reflect.tech? Either way, I'd prefer a tool I can run locally.

The reason these can work with single images (although I'd argue it looks garbage most of the time) is that it uses different kind of neural network/learning models than DFL and they require lots of compute power to train and use. That's why they are all offered only as a service via websites. Also they probably collect the images and not tell about it, not a huge fan of it.
