Hey guys, I'm new at this deepfake thing and I was trying my first time following this tutorial:

But I have this problem in the merged frames and I don't know how to solve them. Can anyone help me?

Post pics of the model settings and your preview window. Also in interactive converter try to mess around with different modes and masks. Overlay, seamless... Learned, dst, fan-dst...
Your pic just looks like a collapsed raw mask, or something.

I did tried to use the interactive converter and none of the mask modes works. I'm using the default configs for everything.

And the result is above.

Hmm. Not that it would help anything, I think. But why are you using dfl opencl version when you've got an nvidia card? I would suggest downloading the latest cuda9 version that came out only hours ago. Also with 6gb vram you should have no problem running H128 or SAE. H64 I feel is just a waste of decent training time.

Could be your data set. How many SRC images do you have? Do they have similar facial angles as DST? I have gotten results like that when I first started faking and it came as a result of not having enough source images and try to get the angles close to DST angles.

Was this resolved ? I'm having the exact same issue. Used defaults for everything and followed the tutorial.  My end result is the same as yours. I've tried multiple days sets.
