Thanks for the advice, I'm still learning so hopefully I'll do better in the future! Appreciate the critique and I am working on a fantopia someone else also suggested it. Part 4 was particularly hard because of the 2 faces and they interacted, which would not be a problem for custom videos I do (@bdbichi on telegram) but the videos on mdf are usually test outputs and I don't spend too much time refining them after the AI did it's thing (I do spend a lot of time trying to get good results from the ai though).
As for the pricing I charge on the basis of how long a video takes to render/process (considering the electricity bills and the fact that my machine is basically a brick for as long the ai is doing its thing). I don't make a whole lot of sales on mdf, so I can see how bigger creators can offer cheaper prices.

Subscription is cheaper becuase aside from you there are hundreds of other people who are paying it, when you unlock a video, it's PPV - it's always more expensive per video than a subscription (not all videos in given month will be to your preference either, you might get 15 videos you like in one month, you may get none next month).

You should pay a commission fee to someone, then you'd see how much it actually costs to make a high quality fake (and it's not like we charge some IT engineer hourly fees, I charge US minimum wage and calculate number of hours it will take me to do all the steps + bit extra for electricity and to cover hardware fees, like replacing/buying new PC parts every once in a while) - that cost can be 10x higher than a subscription fee - doesn't mean it's a high price, it's all about scale - you order video for yourself, all my hours are spent on one video for one person - you offer video via PPV (with crypto payments) - maybe 10 people will download it over the course of a year - you offer it as part of subscription to 400 people - you can reduce the price by 3/4 compared to PPV and still be better off.
