Can't watch videos cuz of constant buffering every 4 sec's

I used to be able to watch videos for there full length but now i can only watch about a minute of it then it will start buffering real bad even with 360p. I tried clearing my cookies and cache but it didn't help :/

on all sites ? i meen youtube , twitter ,p..hub ?

can be server related, you i-.net connection, browser issue ( try other one out )

start also clips from harddrive - if they also "hang" its more than a browser thing

Nah i can go watch other websites just fine(with youtube i can put it on 1080), even with my crap phone i can go on mrdeepfakes and watch video just fine but on my laptop it's just the problem.
